  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 10 to 25 business days, depending on your location and the time of year.
  • Potential Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors such as strikes, high postal demand periods, or other unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.

Total Delivery Guarantee

  • Safety and Tracking: All shipments are insured against loss and include a free tracking code. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as the order is shipped.
  • Delay Refund Policy: If your order is not delivered within 70 business days of shipment, we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Multiple Shipments: For large-volume orders, products may be shipped in separate packages from different suppliers. This is normal, and all packages will be delivered as promised.
